When a customer makes an enquiry about my services (via contact form on my website), I need their contact details to get back in touch with them to fulfil their order. If they contact directly and place an order with me via telephone or email and request delivery, I need their address to deliver the bakes to them. They will also mainly be paying by bank transfer and so a financial transaction will be taking place. If in the situation they request a legitimate refund for any reason and this is granted I will require their bank details to make the refund.

We only retain information provided by you for as long as we need to deliver a service and then the information is destroyed. If you as a customer opt in to receive updates about services ,information that you have provided, will be retained for as long as you wish to receive updates. You can ask for information to be removed at any time.
